The Rapid Reclaimer is an innovative, compact, concrete reclaiming system, that recovers washed-out aggregate, sand and grey water. The Reclaimer is ideal for ready-mix and precast concrete operations.
The Rapid Reclaimer system offers high quality purification of sand and aggregates, with less than 0.5% remaining cement. Sand, aggregates and grey water can be reused for future processing.

OUTPUTS

CONTROLS
Robust integral control panel, safe guarded with overload protection.
AGITATOR
Optional agitator helps prevent settling, allowing better separation of solid materials from the water.
SEPARATE DISCHARGE
Aggregate and sand separately discharged, resulting in ultra-pure sand and clean aggregates, ideal for re-use.
