High pressure cleaning on a regular basis greatly reduces wear on mixer components.
COMPACT
The Rapid Jetwash is compact and self-contained and can be easily located at mixer or ground level for ease of use.
Powerful cleaning
Each cleaning cycle takes four minutes and one unit washes up to four mixers. The Rapid Jetwash is self-cleaning and the system operates at 2000psi. A high pressure lance is included as standard.
REDUCED WATER USAGE
Integral water tank with 260 & 380 litre capacity. 2, 3 or 4 high-powered Jetwash heads use 30 litres per minute.
Available Models
RJW2 – 2 pump system for Twin Shaft mixers, RJW3 – 3 pump system for Pan and Planetary mixers & RJW4 – 4 pump system for 4m3- 9m3 mixers.
Reduce costs
Two concrete mixers closely located can be cleaned using one Jetwash unit. Solenoid valve enables switch over from mixer one to mixer two.
